I'll give an update if we do get him to spawn. A friend of mine and I have been 2 manning the instance and he hasn't spawned, but that might just be bad luck. One thing I wonder though if he only spawns while LFG. (I was lucky enough to win the trinket, the group I was healing was pretty awful and I think most passed on the roll because they thought it was a healing trinket.) It's something I was wondering about while I was /tar and resetting the instance, but figured Blizzard was to lazy to do. So I assume you must kill Rattlegore before he spawns. Krastinov spawned and yelled "The Doctor is in!" Once Rattelgore died and the gates to the next room opened. While fighting Rattlegore I looked through the gate, and didn't see Krastinov in the next room. I figured I should at least clear the instance to see if the Epic staff would drop. Once I got in I did the /tar and he was not there.
I specifically picked the instance Scholo in LFG I did the reset instance /tar for a while and figured out that it wasn't working. Comment by 1049550I saw this used in a random BG and knew I had to have it.
